This worksheet turns those questions into a reusable research-procurement record.

Panda publishes original independent laboratory reports and direct verification links for documented samples. Use them to try the worksheet, then apply the same fields to another report for the same compound, form, and labeled amount. The result is a comparison you can retrace—not just a row of purity percentages.

Your report-comparison worksheet

Download the free worksheet (CSV)

Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application. It includes two report columns, a place for your procurement requirements, and a source/page column. Duplicate a sample row when a certificate reports more than one sample. No email signup is required to download it.

The worksheet is blank by design. It records evidence; it does not assign a vendor score or choose specifications for your laboratory.

1. Set up a like-for-like comparison

Put the compound, form, and labeled amount at the top of your sheet before entering analytical results. A report for a different vial size may provide useful batch context, but it is not a separate finished-vial measurement for the size you are comparing. Keep that context in its own row.

Record the seller, laboratory, report number, lot, analysis date, and source URL. Then distinguish the lot on the certificate from the lot identified in the product listing or purchasing record. This gives your review a clear handoff from the analytical sample to the material under consideration.

The essential comparison fields

Field

What to record

Product and lot

Compound, form, labeled amount, tested lot, and the source connecting it to the offered material.

Report identity

Laboratory, report number, analysis/issue dates, original file, and verification URL.

Identity

The reported result and named method, copied together.

Purity

Percentage, method, and the sample or summary row it belongs to.

Measured content

Exact field label, value, and unit, separate from labeled amount and purity.

Sampling

Number and names of tested samples; individual results and any issuer-reported mean.

Additional analyses

Relevant test, method, result, unit, and specification as reported.

Review decision

Your requirements, what the evidence answers, and any precise clarification still needed.

2. Compare methods before comparing numbers

Identity asks what the sample is. Copy the method as written. The ILS Tesamorelin and NAD+ certificates below report identity by HPLC-RTM: retention-time comparison with a reference standard. Do not relabel that result as mass-spectrometry confirmation. If another report uses mass spectrometry, record its stated method alongside its identity result.

HPLC purity and measured content answer different questions. Bachem’s analytical guide explains HPLC purity in terms of chromatographic peak areas and distinguishes it from product content. The ILS certificates likewise report a purity percentage and a separate content value in mg. A high percentage is not the vial’s measured mass, and multiplying labeled mg by purity does not replace a laboratory content result.

Preserve the report’s own field names. For example, ILS labels its mg field “Net Peptide Content” on both example certificates; NAD+ is a nucleotide coenzyme, not a peptide. Recording that label faithfully keeps the source traceable without changing the compound’s identity.

3. Keep individual samples visible

Here is a compact practice example using two original Panda reports. The products are separate examples, not substitutes or a ranking against each other. Each has two tested samples, so each deserves two rows in a review.

Original ILS sample rows—not product-wide averages

Report / sample

HPLC purity

Reported content

Tesamorelin 10mg · V0

99.48%

10.49 mg

Tesamorelin 10mg · V1

99.50%

10.28 mg

NAD+ 500mg · V0

99.81%

531.44 mg

NAD+ 500mg · V1

98.57%

507.03 mg

Tesamorelin: COA-2026-V0BGGG, lot PP2604-039B. NAD+: COA-2026-FS81IM, lot PP2604-032. Both certificates name the samples Dedicated V0 and Conformity V1. Results describe those submitted samples.

The NAD certificate’s headline is the V0 result, 99.81%; its two-sample purity mean is 99.19%. Both have a defined place in the report. Enter the headline, individual rows, and mean in separate fields so a single-sample value is not accidentally compared with another report’s average.

For the full worked examples and original files, open the Tesamorelin 10mg guide y buffered NAD+ 500mg guide. The worksheet leaves calculated averages out: use the issuer’s reported summary, and retain its displayed precision.

4. Record units and specifications together

For an additional analysis relevant to your procurement specification, copy four things together: method, result, unit, and the report’s acceptance criterion. “Not detected,” a numerical concentration, and “not more than” are different result formats. Keep the original notation rather than converting all three to zero or a generic pass.

For example, an endotoxin value in EU/mL is not a value in EU/vial; conversion would require the appropriate documented volume and analytical basis. Similarly, a NAD+ identity result is not a separate measurement of buffer composition or pH. Keep formulation specifications and analytical measurements in their respective rows.

Choose the relevant panel against your laboratory’s actual requirements. This worksheet does not impose one universal testing panel or acceptance threshold on every research material.

5. Verify the report and the laboratory separately

Open the original record. Follow the issuing laboratory’s verification route where provided, and match report number, lot, sample description, and analysis date to the file you are using.

Keep the complete file. Method notes and sample tables can be on later pages. Save the source URL and the date you reviewed it in your worksheet.

Check a credential at its source. If accreditation is part of your review, use the named accreditor’s directory. Match the legal laboratory name, location, certificate dates, and scope supplement—including material/matrix and analytical activity. A quality-system statement and an accreditation scope are different records.

Panda’s laboratory overview provides the ILS legal name, PJLA certificate, scope, and direct verification paths, alongside our Janoshik archive. The PJLA directory is the issuer-side starting point for checking that credential.

6. Finish with a purchasing record you can use

Summarize the comparison in a few concrete lines: which report matches the material, which results address your requirements, and what supporting file answers each question. If a field needs clarification, identify it specifically—for example, the listed vial size, a report revision, or the method behind a content result. Keep the answer with the original record.

Ready to review Panda’s examples against the current listings?
