Compare the ingredient specification, not just the name

The current Panda product listing gives the following nominal concentrations in a 10mL solution. The last column is simple specification arithmetic: each listed concentration multiplied by the listed total volume. It is not a new assay result or a measured fill-volume claim.

Panda Lipo-C with B12 — labeled formulation

Ingredient as listed

Nominal concentration

Calculated amount in 10mL

L-Carnitine

20mg/mL

200mg

Arginine

20mg/mL

200mg

Methionine

25mg/mL

250mg

Inositol

50mg/mL

500mg

Choline

50mg/mL

500mg

Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol)

25mg/mL

250mg

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)

25mg/mL

250mg

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

1mg/mL

10mg

Sum of listed ingredients

216mg/mL

2,160mg

For example, 20mg/mL × 10mL = 200mg of nominal L-Carnitine in the specified vial. This does not mean the entire solution weighs 2,160mg: the table sums the listed ingredients, not the water and total solution mass. It also does not establish the chemical form of an ingredient beyond the listing’s description.

When comparing another offer, keep its own ingredient names, forms, concentrations and volume. A different formula is a different specification, even if the blend name matches. Lipo-C is a multi-component research solution; it is not a single peptide with one molecular identity.

2. Read all three samples alongside the headline

The ILS verifier identifies lot PP2605-029, received September 8 and analyzed September 16, 2026. It reports these individual HPLC results:

Original ILS conformity results — COA-2026-E1DUU7

Submitted sample

Reported HPLC purity

Reported identity

Dedicated V0

99.82%

Confirmed

Conformity V1

99.47%

Confirmed

Conformity V2

97.58%

Confirmed

Laboratory-reported mean

98.96%

See individual results above

The first-vial result, 99.82%, and the three-vial mean, 98.96%, answer different questions. Panda’s current summary leads with the first-vial result; the three-vial mean and the individual observations remain available. The verifier identifies Conformity V1 as the representative chromatogram closest to that mean. Comparing the full sample set is more informative than selecting the highest result from each supplier.

Keep the content field’s units intact. ILS displays “Net Peptide Content” as 216mg for each sample, with a 216.00mg mean; its main content row is marked N/A. That is the issuer’s field label for this non-peptide blend. We do not relabel it as a measured 216mg/mL concentration or 2,160mg full-vial result. The formulation calculation above comes from the product specification, not that assay field.

3. Match each analytical question to its reported method

This report offers more than a single purity number. Its original Full QC Panel makes the following evidence available for the submitted samples:

Identity: confirmed by HPLC retention-time comparison with a reference standard. This is the reported method, not a claim of mass-spectrometry identification.

Chromatographic purity: the three results and mean above. The methodology names RP-HPLC area normalization at 214nm; the percentage is not a separately measured concentration for each of the eight listed ingredients.

Elemental impurities: arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury and chromium are each shown as Not Detected under the listed ICP-MS method and screening limits.

PCR sterility testing: the report records “No Growth” and PASS under its stated PCR method. Keep that method with the result when comparing certificates.

Endotoxin: the principal result is ≤0.05 EU/mL, with status “Reported,” under the stated USP ⟨85⟩ kinetic chromogenic method. Do not turn that reporting status into a different laboratory verdict.

Fentanyl screening: the verifier records a negative screen at its stated 50ng/mL immunoassay cutoff.

These are complementary results for an identified submission. Select the evidence your laboratory’s purchasing specification requires; a different research project may require a different panel. A certified reference material with assigned component concentrations and uncertainties is a distinct procurement category, not a universal requirement for every research-material purchase.

4. Make the comparison reusable

Record the offer: product, formulation, ingredient forms, concentration units, vial volume and current availability.

Record the source: laboratory, certificate number, lot, date and direct verification URL. Keep historical certificates attached to their own lots.

Separate three columns: nominal label specification, calculated totals and actually reported measurements. Leave an unreported component assay blank instead of copying a nominal value into it.

Keep the sample set: list every reported sample, then the issuer’s mean. Preserve method, units, qualifiers and reporting limits.

Match the order: check the offered lot and documentation against your procurement specification, then compare total order cost and shipping terms.

Use the existing free COA comparison worksheet to retain the source and sample details. If your specification needs component-specific concentration data, a precise documentation question is: “Which results independently quantify the individual ingredients, in what units, and for which submitted sample and lot?” That asks for the missing evidence without assuming a test failed.

Open the evidence, then choose the material

Verify the complete ILS report · Open Panda’s saved copy of the full verifier · View Lipo-C with B12 and current availability

For the laboratories’ roles and verification paths, see why Panda uses ILS and Janoshik.

Source-checked September 20, 2026 against the live ILS verifier and Panda’s current product specification.
