Our regular fulfillment cutoff is <strong>3:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Saturday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For fulfillment purposes, each business day closes at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Orders with confirmed payment before that cutoff are treated as received during that business day. Orders confirmed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern time, on Sundays, or on postal holidays are treated as received the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>We do our best to move orders faster when possible, but the 1-2 business day processing window is measured from the business day when payment is confirmed before the cutoff.<\/p>\n<h3>Shipping Methods<\/h3>\n<p>We currently ship domestic (US) orders via USPS Priority Mail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>USPS Priority Mail:<\/strong> $10 flat rate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free USPS Priority Mail:<\/strong> orders $50+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Estimated Delivery Window<\/h3>\n<p>After dispatch, USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days total, including processing time.<\/p>\n<h3>Carriers<\/h3>\n<p>Orders normally ship via USPS Priority Mail. We may substitute an equivalent service only when necessary to complete delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Domestic Shipping Only<\/h3>\n<p>We currently only ship within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.<\/p>\n<h3>Tracking<\/h3>\n<p>Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or directly on the carrier&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivery Issues<\/h3>\n<p>If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@pandapeptides.com\">support@pandapeptides.com<\/a> within 30 days of the expected delivery date (or delivery date if damaged).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lost packages:<\/strong> We will file a carrier claim and, if verified as lost, reship your order at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details on lost shipment coverage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damaged packages:<\/strong> Please photograph the damage and contact us. See our Return Policy for documentation requirements and reshipment eligibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>High-Risk Addresses<\/h3>\n<p>Shipments to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or APO\/FPO addresses ship at the buyer&#8217;s risk. We may not cover losses to these address types due to elevated delivery risk. We recommend using a residential or business address for best results.<\/p>\n<h3>Address Accuracy<\/h3>\n<p>Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
