How fast do orders ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days total, including processing time. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship only within the United States?
Yes. Panda Peptides currently ships within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?

What does Janoshik testing confirm?
Janoshik testing can confirm analytical details such as measured purity, identity, composition, or content depending on the compound and report method. It does not turn a research-use compound into a medication or provide usage guidance.
What is your refund or reship policy?
We do not accept general returns. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, lost, or appears not to match its posted COA or purity specification, contact us within 30 days and we will review it under our quality guarantee. See our Return Policy.

What does HPLC purity testing show?
HPLC separates the tested sample into its main compound and detectable related impurities. The posted purity result is a measured analytical result for that sample or batch; it is not a medical, dosing, sterility, or human-use claim.
Do you claim every product has endotoxin, heavy-metal, or sterility testing?
No. Those tests can matter in broader laboratory QC, but Panda only claims them when they are documented for the relevant product or batch. Our current published proof layer is batch-specific Janoshik analytical testing, including HPLC purity and identity/composition data where shown on the report.
