Shipping Policy

Processing Time and Cutoff

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our regular fulfillment cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Saturday.

For fulfillment purposes, each business day closes at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Orders with confirmed payment before that cutoff are treated as received during that business day. Orders confirmed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern time, on Sundays, or on postal holidays are treated as received the next business day.

We do our best to move orders faster when possible, but the 1-2 business day processing window is measured from the business day when payment is confirmed before the cutoff.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship domestic (US) orders via USPS Priority Mail.

  • USPS Priority Mail: $10 flat rate
  • Free USPS Priority Mail: orders $50+

Estimated Delivery Window

After dispatch, USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days total, including processing time.

Carriers

Orders normally ship via USPS Priority Mail. We may substitute an equivalent service only when necessary to complete delivery.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@pandapeptides.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date (or delivery date if damaged).

  • Lost packages: We will file a carrier claim and, if verified as lost, reship your order at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details on lost shipment coverage.
  • Damaged packages: Please photograph the damage and contact us. See our Return Policy for documentation requirements and reshipment eligibility.

High-Risk Addresses

Shipments to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or APO/FPO addresses ship at the buyer’s risk. We may not cover losses to these address types due to elevated delivery risk. We recommend using a residential or business address for best results.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@pandapeptides.com; changes can only be made before the order ships.
