How fast do orders ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days total, including processing time. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship only within the United States?

Yes. Panda Peptides currently ships within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout we currently offer Cash App, eCheck via Plaid, and Zelle. Availability can change as we improve the payment stack, but the live checkout always shows the current options.

How do I verify your COAs and testing?

Start with our Lab Reports directory for batch-specific reports, then read Quality & Testing for how we source, test, and release products. Where available, we also link directly to Janoshik verification pages.

What is your refund or reship policy?

We do not accept general returns. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, lost, or appears not to match its posted COA or purity specification, contact us within 30 days and we will review it under our quality guarantee. See our Return Policy.
