  • Transaction and order records: 7 years (for tax, legal, and accounting compliance)
  • Account information: Duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure
  • Marketing preferences: Until you opt out or request deletion

  • Customer support communications: 3 years from last interaction

Sensitive Personal Information

We collect payment information (such as bank account or transaction details) which is considered sensitive personal information. This information is processed directly by our third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers. We use this information only as necessary to process your transactions.

Text Messages/SMS/Mobile Communication Policy

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. We will never send you unsolicited text messages. We will only communicate with you via Text/SMS when you text us first with an inquiry, which is an explicit opt-in for that query only, or if you have requested a status update or follow-up on an earlier question. All SMS communications will remain limited to only the information you have explicitly asked for. You’ll never receive marketing or promotional materials via SMS. We will never share your mobile information with anyone. If we do converse via SMS, you have the right to opt out at any time by texting STOP.

Our services are available only within the United States. We do not ship internationally and our Site is intended for U.S. customers only. If you access our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and where our business operates.
