No General Returns
Because the products we supply are high-purity research materials that cannot be re-stocked or re-certified once they leave our chain of custody, we do not accept general returns. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective or misdescribed products.
Panda Peptides does provide a 30-day quality guarantee covering damaged, incorrect, lost, or verified out-of-spec orders as described below. This quality guarantee is not a general return window.
By placing an order with Xylo Research Systems LLC, dba Panda Peptides (“Panda Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human/non-veterinary purposes.
- You have verified that the items, quantities, and shipping details in your cart are correct before completing payment.
- Orders may not be cancelled once payment has been processed.
- No general returns are accepted once an order has shipped.
Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Every shipment is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit or you believe you have received the wrong item, you must:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product label(s).
- Email the images and a brief description of the issue to support@pandapeptides.com within 30 days of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.
After review we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time reshipment of the affected item(s). No monetary refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@pandapeptides.com. After verification with the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
High-Risk Addresses: Shipments to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or APO/FPO addresses are shipped at the buyer’s risk. We may decline to cover losses or provide reshipment for packages sent to these address types, as they present elevated risk of delivery issues beyond our control.
If the same order is lost twice through no fault of the shipping address, we will offer a full refund.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
All Panda Peptides products are third-party tested for purity. Published Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on applicable product pages and in our Lab Reports directory.
If you believe a product does not meet its stated purity specifications as documented on the posted COA, contact us at support@pandapeptides.com within 30 days of delivery with your concerns and photographic documentation of the product and labeling. If our review confirms the product is below the stated COA specification, we will reship the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement. Xylo Research Systems LLC, dba Panda Peptides promptly submits full documentation—including order confirmations, shipping records, product photographs, and copies of this policy—to the processing bank to contest any such claims.
