Storage & handling

Keep unopened DSIP vials tightly sealed, dry and protected from light and heat. Follow any product- or batch-specific storage instructions first. For many lyophilized peptides, −20°C is a typical long-term storage condition; this is general laboratory guidance, not a validated shelf life for every product. On receipt, check the label, batch, glass and seal, then move intact vials to the specified storage conditions. If you find cracked glass, a displaced seal, moisture or leakage, set the vial aside, keep the packaging and send photos to support@pandapeptides.com.

How are orders packed?

Panda currently ships within the United States only, by Priority Shipping via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping is $10, or free on orders of $50 or more. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
